So far there has been HUGE support for this.
The closing date for it's lodgment is 22/05/08.
The Rules for Petitions are:
Petitioners DO NOT need to be over 18!!

The Rules for Petitions are:
- It MUST NOT be signed on another's behalf. This invalidates it.
- Name, Address (Omit Street Number), Signature are crucial.
- The petition needs to be signed by residents of Victoria only.
*** A petition for concerned Interstate and Internation people can be found here***
While it won't count to the lodged Victorian petition, it adds to the profile of the campaign, sending a strong message to the State Governement about how many eyes are on their conduct.
